By accessing and using Stormy Visuals AI ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Token System & Usage

Stormy Visuals AI operates on a token-based system. Tokens are consumed for generating AI images using server GPU resources. Tokens purchased are strictly tied to your account and are non-transferable. Stormy Visuals AI reserves the right to modify the token cost per generation based on server load and model complexity.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full commercial rights to the images you generate using Stormy Visuals AI, provided your prompts do not violate any copyright laws, generate illegal content, or infringe upon the intellectual property of third parties. We do not claim ownership over your generated outputs.

4. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from using Stormy Visuals AI to generate NSFW, illegal, harmful, or deepfake content. Accounts found violating this policy will be immediately banned without any refund of remaining tokens.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
