Cancellation & Refunds

1. Refund Policy on Tokens

Due to the nature of our service, AI image generation requires significant and immediate GPU compute resources. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for tokens that have already been used to generate images, regardless of the subjective quality of the output.

2. Unused Token Refunds (7-Day Policy)

If you have purchased a token package and have not used a single token from that specific transaction, you are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our support team from your registered email address.

3. Failed Transactions

If your payment was deducted from your bank account but tokens were not credited to your Stormy Visuals AI wallet, the transaction is marked as 'Failed' by the payment gateway. In such cases, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days.

4. Account Cancellation

You can choose to stop using Stormy Visuals AI at any time. However, deleting or abandoning your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for remaining unused tokens outside the 7-day window.
